The Police have arrested a 27-year-old man for allegedly raping a six-year-old girl at the Galadimawa area of Abuja.
A police source said that the mother of the victim reported the matter at the Lugbe Police Station, Abuja.
``The mother came back home to find her six-year-old daughter in the suspect’s room bleeding from her private part.
``She confronted the suspect, who flatly denied knowing the cause of the girl’s bleeding even after she was discovered in his room,’’ he said.
The source said the suspect would be charged to court on Sept. 28.
Come
to think of it, if a very serious punishment were meted out to these
perpetrators, it may make these devils-in-human form keep their privates
private.
