Crime fighting dogs arrive in Lagos

Who says Nigeria isn't just as badass as the United States and others in the fight against crime and terrorism eh?

Oya now, the Nigerian Army have proven their seriousness with the recent commissioning of a dog centre in Ipaja area in Lagos, Nigeria.

The dogs will assist officers in detection of narcotics, explosives, tracking and guard duties.


40 officers have also been given special trainings on dog handling techniques in some of the best canine institutions in the world to ensure that the dogs are used effectively ( Or maybe make dog for no bite im master...lol)

Well, another batch of 25 dogs are currently undergoing training in the United States and will be coming to Naija when they are ready.
