I heard the boys in question were thieves but then I ask; even if that were the case, did that mean they deserved to die like dogs?
These four were best friends and students of UniPort before their death |
If someone even saw a dog being beaten mercilessly that way, the perpetrator will be looked at as not only wicked, but insane. Let alone four promising young men!
I am so angry I can almost see myself hitting my head against a transformer!
I look again and again at the images of these boys and it only reverberates in my mind the extent to which man's wickedness can go.
The most annoying part for me is the many men, women, boys and girls that gathered as though they were watching a film; while some of them actually turned to camera and video men/women to capture the gruesome murder.
How can these people sleep a wink?
To me, everyone present during the perpertration of the dastardly act partook in the killings. Yes, I said it!
I do not know if the boys were guilty of the offence but what I know is this; four families will never forget the disgraceful way they lost a son!
I still shake in my seat as I recall the image I saw of these boys! I still shake because they are in the same age bracket as my younger siblings! I still shake because I put myself in the place of the bereaved mothers and know for sure that they will mourn for a long time.
What is this nation turning into by the day?
Killings are everyday news now...
One never really feels the complete impact of this sort of action until it directly involves him/her.
May the souls of the deceased rest in peace, amen!
